The type of procedure that will be used to treat the disease depends on how far the disease has progressed.The non surgical treatment is for the early stages of periodontal disease.These treatments include; scaling and root planning which removes plaque, calculus, and inflamed tissue from the gum. Bite correction to relieve pressure on areas of the mouth in which case the dentist may provide a mouth guard for you. We will also provide you with antibiotics to treat and kill the bacteria in your mouth.
